Dream Garage

The name Peter Cunningham should be a familiar one for Honda and Acura fans. After all, the legendary driver spent the last 32 years racing various models of both, not to mention running the RealTime Racing team, which has secured 96 World Challenge wins and 15 championships since 1993. So it shouldn't come as a surprise to learn that Cunningham has also got quite the stellar collection of Hondas, which Motor Trend recently got an inside look at.

Diverse Array

Cunningham has been collecting cars for years now, and he's managed to amass quite a diverse array of machinery. Of course, his collection wouldn't be complete without an S2000, but there's much more to see here as well.

Virtual Showroom

Cunningham's storage facility for the cars is no doubt impressive all by itself. He designed the space to look like a Honda showroom, which includes a replica of the brand's famous 1959 Chevrolet pickup truck.

Rare Find

Right away, you'll notice a rare left-hand-drive 1966 Honda S600 coupe, which has an inline-four cylinder engine that revs to a lofty 9,500 rpm. There's also an S600 that features the same part number as the badges on Honda's 1964-68 Formula 1 cars.

NSX Duo

Cunningham's NSX collection consists of a Grand Prix White 1992 model with just 27k miles and a Morocco Blue 2001, which is just one of seven painted that color.

CRX World

The CRX is well represented as well, with an MKI Si that sports body-color lower cladding, not to mention a very nice red MKII '89 CRX Si.

Rare and Unique

One of the most interesting vehicles in Cunningham's collection is a Vamos truck, which might be Honda's rarest model ever built with just 2,500 seeing the light of day. The pickups featured fold-down bedsides for easy loading and unloading.
