Re: (weiRtech)
Best of Luck, I had 6000 SQ FT Shop and Employees ETC, Takes alot of CASH, I hope you have alot of it laying around.
I notice you said you had a partner. I hope you have a partnership agreement, I relied on it all the time when my lazy *** partner stopped showing up and wanted a paycheck still, allowed me to buy him out and still go on
The only way I would go back in business is by myself partners are the worst idea known to man. One person will alway put in more everything time, energy money etc and the other reaps the benefits

Re: (ccfab)
Still, whip up a partnership agreement NOW while you're getting along.
You can never predict what happens in the future. When you're both putting in 80 hour weeks and his GF/ Wife gets all pissed and pulls him back to 40 hrs because she isn't happy, you'll be pissed. Not saying that will happen, but it's am example of a plausible situation which happens all the time.

but yeah i know what you guys are saying about partners screwing you over, i had this same building zoned for a used car lot that i was going to be partners with another guy and that deal fell through for the very same reason, i was spending out of pocket money and my time and he didnt do ****. glad that never came to. im not worried about josh though.

get it in writing... i dont care how good of a friendship you have. dont be lazy & dont be stupid about it, it will come back to bite you in the ***.
take advice from people with experience on this, get the agreement in writing!
