Braking Shake???
Ok, when i am pressin on the brakes slowing down from high speeds (40-70mph) there is a vibration coming from the brakes, i wanna say the rear but not sure...what is this from? my guesses are maybe a rear alignment, discs need to be turned...i got a front end alignment done not to long ago so it cant be the front...any help would be great

sounds like warped brake rotors. Do you feel it in the steering wheel also? If so, coming from front rotors. If not, try pulling park brake and see if vibration occurs. If so, then coming from rears.
More probable from fronts though.

Those little spots are harder than the metal around them, they don't cut very well and just come back anyway.

Heat spots do not "just come back" unless they are not completely cut out, and/or the rotors are below spec.

Honda reccomends new rotors be surfaced on the car. It is necessary sometimes.

I have heard of the recommendation, but I can't substantiate it. I've replaced rotors on everything from Honda's to Ford F-350's, on my own , friends' & customers' vehicles, and have never surfaced a new rotor.

The only time i'll turn a new rotor is if there is a pulsation from them. Ive had 3 or 4 over the years that it was the only way to get rid of very slight brake vibrations. (Very picky customers.) I think Honda says to do it on all of them to cover there *** on warranty repairs.

yep, that is exactly right. i had burned rotors, put new ones in with same pads and the burns came back.sanded them down, put new pads and voila!no burns
