Is a AEM true time adjustable cam gear good or bad? It has 3 bolts.

I heard somewhere that the older 3 bolt AEM adjustable cam gears are kinda shitty, is this true? if anyone has any info plz let me know, thanks.

yes they suck and the marks on the gears where off . and the metal of the cam sucks, but you get what u pay for
dont use those over 200hp
