New pics of the H22 VX -- GSR dash done, 5 lug almost done 56k killer
Haven't posted pics in a while. Of course, if any of you guys have questions for installing of these parts feel free to ask.
Pics:
Cutting of the GSR dash!
GSR dash shot:
Pic of interior w/o dash (cruised around with it for a while -- pretty fun if you ask me )
I have used the GSR mounts fabricated a little, and mounted it. (pretty tricky if you ask me)
Driver side GSR mount with a little 'hammering" and bashing to the curb to fit the Civic support:
Pics of the finished:
Pic of the lude shifter with JDM ITR carpet:
5 lug pics:
Workin on the front:
RS Master Cylinder VS. VX Master Cylinder
more 5 lug pics:
Kamin recommended this! Hopefully it does well:
VX Booster:
No booster:
VX booster VS GSR booster:
Trying to install GSR booster with H22 = PAIN IN THE ***!
You must remove the top part of the intake manifold to gain more access to install the GSR booster. Otherwise it will NOT fit! Believe me, blood, sweat, and tears will be involved. Thanks to Jason KiDD for lil advice up on this
Little more room up in herre yo:
Finally got it in!
GSR booster with RS master cylinder:
Almost finished. Just an h22 pic:
Any feedback, flames, go for it.
Thanks for looking.

Re: (Eee Pee)
Looks good man!
How much was:
-The dash
-5-lug conversion
-Tires
-RS MC and GSR booster?
How long did it take to:
-Install the dash? Any wiring difficulties?
-5-lug conversion? (what kinda brakes are those?)

thanks man.
- dash $100 off a friend
- 5 lug conversion $1700 with rims off a local friend
- tires (came with it)
- RS M/C was $50 from AutoZone and GSR booster was free off the same friend I got the dash from
- Installation of the dash:
Actually I am still trying to get a US OBD1 cluster to use and trouble shoot a few things. Everything works except the coolant, and night time lights. Other than that, I used the GSR OBD1 dash harness, I had to cut and splice the GRAY plug off the GSR dash harness due to it having a few extra pinouts on it. I just cut off the Civic grey plug, and matched the pinouts. The blue and green plug went right in. I just still need to verify everything, and a complete write up will come
- 5 lug conversion -- everything went right on. Using my LCA's (just need to replace that stupid bushing I posted about earlier). Brakes are new ITR calipers with new OEM pads. The rotors are PowerSlots.
Any more questions shoot all ya want

That's going to be one badass VX, you might want to warn people before you give them a heart attack when they get their doors blow off by a car that's supposed to have 92hp!
