if paid by credit card call the credit card company explain what happened tell them the Item you got is use less false advertisement. Threat Osakmotors that you will do a fraud claim and they will get stuck with no money....

also why buy from a company so so far away...?

Sorry to hear it bro, Osaka is the worst company I've ever delt with. I ordered a part and it took almost four months to get. I finally got a hold of the owner, BTW, he is a dumbass you can't speak english very well... I told them they are the worst company ever and that they need to hire some American's because they are too stupid to get the job done... He sent the part and told me not to call agian, I said thanks and f**k you!

2 good websites to go to NOW!

http://www1.ifccfbi.gov/index.asp

http://www.bbb.org/

Submit claims through both of them. If osaka is in your area go to the city they are located and file a suit at the small claims court.

Own there *** good luck

when i emailed osaka, i asked them to explain all the bad feedback they get about their quality (on the sites that they even link from their own). They said that they're all from their competitors trying to discredit them, because they are killing the market in the US. ahahaha

your alla bunch of phonys

ya i've emailed a member from montreal when i was researching for a place to buy. He said that locals don't seem to be having problems with osaka. I think there is a good reason for that. Its a lot more convenient to rip sombody off who lives on the other side of the continent than some one who lives next door.

And the sad thing is it doesn't stop with Osaka - it's businesses, individuals, hell even sometimes people you call friends. Better hope they never become neighbor's of mine or they'll be getting a

when these importers buy a container of engines, its bound to have many broken and cracked parts. Good places would use these broken engine pieces as parts for their other "good" engines. But what a waste of money if you can just sell them all...

When i went and picked up my engine i personally noticed a crack in the valve cover. When the supplier came to the shop and replaced it, they actually took the broken one back. Well, i'll bet it know where that busted cover is going, right onto the engine my cover came from and shipped out to the next customer.

The more I hear about this place ripping people off, the more I want to go shut it down personally! I'm glad I never have sent them any $.

I can't understand why Honda-tech Still supports this Company with the Advertising? I mean I know they are Sponsors of Honda-Tech but that also gives a impression that this message Board endorses that company. Am I the only one who feels this way?

I agree 100%. Although I have never bought anything from them, I never will because all I hear (read) is bad things about them.

MODERATORS: care to comment on why they are still an approved sponsor?

Yeah, I feel for ya bro.... another one gets owned by them. Funny thing though, my roomie who is a DSM guy order a 4G63 from them, he got it nice and quick with everything in very good condition, and for a smokin price. I was pretty impressed, but then again, we're from ND, so we would have no problems crossing the border to go "talk" to him if things weren't as they were supposed to.

I got my engine from Osaka. Made the 4 hour drive from my house up there, got to pick it out and have had no problemsat all. Haven't people learned yet that they can't order from here unless they're picking it up?
On another note, you live in California yet you ordered from Osaka which is clear across the continent? That doesn't make much sense to me. You prolly should've done some more research on your part.

FUnny thing is, I have been a member of this MB for nearly 2 years. It didn't start with Osaka Motors. there was a guy Named Mark B that was selling engines and collected lots of $$ and well lets just say there were LOTS of Angry people.

Next thing you know this Guy is working at Osaka Motors... Then there is another very similar thing that happened with another shop in Canada...

https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=518345
Can't seem to find the Mark B threads, but the Mark G threads are heavy these days. It funny that amoung all these scandals you find one common company. Yet this MB carriws their banner. Is it just about $$$?
