Torque spec for header installation

What's the required torque for header installation.
Hi,
I've got the header in place and all ready to go. I wanted to double check what the appropriate torque is for the head to exhaust manifold and exhaust manifold to cat. Thanks!
Can't wait to go for a drive...

Head to exhaust manifold - 23 ft-lbs
Make sure you clean off the studs and use a *small* dabble of anti-seize.

The header/cat. connection shouldn't leak as long as there is decent tension on the springs, the gasket is in good shape, and everything is lined up properly.

Are they really "hand" tight or did you use a wrench.

Thanks!
I just wanted to make sure and get it right, as I heard some people have caused "cracks" in the header near the collector from over tightening...

I mean hand tight w/ a 3/8" ratchet .
Hand tight w/ fingers would be worthless
