These wheels are 7x15 alutech , made in germany. The tires are 200:580 x 15 dunlop sp sport slicks.

Before dailing in the cams we had 187 WHP , now after adjusting the cams we had 204 and after adjusting the VAFC we had 207 with the VTEC set at 5800 rpm

Sounds good. Let see some dyno graphs.
Didn't you just recently blow your motor?

Yes , I blew up my motor 4 weeks ago. Now we put in an other one (used) and swapped all the bits. I am going to put a DART 2.0Liter in it over the winter. I have no scanner , but I'll try to do it on a frioends scanner and post the dyno's.

I bought a sleeved AEBS 85mm B18C1 shortblock , I'll swap my ITR head on it and run a CR 12.5:1 and hope to make220 HP , is this realistic ?

You wrote flywheel hp first, then whp later. Which is it?
I made 203 flywheel hp with Mugen intake, HyTech H/E, Unichip.

WHP = Wheel Horse Power (at the wheel of the car)

207 HP at the crank (flywheel) is only a little bit more than stock JDM B18C-R

The flywheel numbers I have from the dyno does not seem to compare to the numbers the factory claims.
The first dyno run I made was 180 flywheel hp stock, and then 187 after bolting on the Mugen intake.
Then, on another dyno, they measured 180 hp (same setup as the 187 before). Adding the HyTech and Unichip resulted in 203 hp.
So, I am really confused about this. Adding the gains would be 30 hp more than stock, but still only 203 flywheel hp???

So, without a baseline I would say it is not easy to know if 207 hp is good.

he did say flywheel hp.... not sure if that makes the numbers more realistic.

Here in Europe , everyone is talking abouth Flywheel HP , I KNOW 207 FHP isn't much more than stock , but at the racetrack I am easely overtaking other cars in the straight that claim they have 235 FHP ( maybe these guy's only added up all the figuers the think the add ons make ?), I now am moving to a Sleved B18C1 AEBS 85mm , this should give me a 2.0 liter and with all my ITR goodies and a CR12.5:1 I am hoping to make 220 WHP or 250 FHP. will this be possible ?

i think its low. its only a 12 hp gain for all those mods. he is saying flywheel, not rear wheel. i think you need a proper tune.

not many people have a engine dyno... that is why you see wheel hp talked about a lot more.

whp is a lot easier to compare
