I have been trying to reach Javier for the last two weeks and nobody answers the phone. They don't even have a secretary any longer or she's sick alot. I even checked there website to see if they changed phone numbers but no good. Somebody let me know whats going on with them. And yes reason i'm calling them is having trouble with Pro series block.........yeah i now know do not go to JG for any machine work.

well my JG Pro series block had a sleeve sink at less than 3,000 miles causing a bad number four pistons and the block to crack between sleeves 3-4. There went $2950 down the drain cause he won't answer the phone or return any of my emails.

which series block did you get? I just got the gen3, and i plan to get pretty crazy with it.
i know once **** cracks, thats the end, but if the sleeve drops 1 or 2 thousandths, cant you machine down the outside edges of the block, and then the rest of the sleeves to compensate??? Of course youd have to get a thicker head gasket, unless you wanted higher compression.
What about possibly tack welding the sleeves together between the cylinders, would this help?
just throwing some ideas out there

i'm not sure really want i can do to try and fix my block. When the sleeve sunk in number four it looks like it's now on an angle. There is no way i can even get the sleeve out and repair between the sleeves. I think i'm pretty much giving up on that block. Hopefully buying a block off my friend soon and sending it to GE. I wish you the best of luck with your new block and would like to see what kinda numbers you put down with it after u get done breaking it in.
