If that was me...i would have chalked that one up as a loss.
Thats a 180 degree turn around with alot of work. Nice job

Where did they find it? Should have taken a pic of the writing and talked to graf writers and they might tell you who it was

And you're right. In retrospect, I really should have. The car was originally stripped completely bare (except for the d16) and some trunk carpet. Everything else was gone. But I think it's probably a little too late to do that now. Besides, at some point in their life, they'll get what's coming to them. They always do.

HAHAH. You caught me! Waiting for a skunk2 manifold, ITR TB and ITR AEM CAI. Good spotting though. Wasn't sure who would be the first to pick that up.

Fanstastic! Glad to see real product (Spoon) than all knock-offs!
What gauge cluster is that? USDM GSR?

Nice recovery work, someone destroyed what may have been your dream before and you rebuilt it despite the amount of work and effort that needed to be emphasized on it to get it back to good shape. Good at this point is a understatement though.

I had an alarm and club on it. Basically, long story short:
1. I parked the car in the movie theater lot at night.
2. They broke in, popped the hood, cut the battery
3. They disconnected the alarm brain & Auto Page (that's what's hanging in the picture)
4. They reconnected battery, cut the sttering wheel to get the club off, broke the ignition cylinder off to unlock the steering lock, jammed a screw driver in and started the car.
The rest is history.
Nowadays, the car is NEVER parked on the street, or public parking lot unless it's a safe neighborhood in the day time. If I have access to a manned, gated parking lot, I will immediately go to that instead.
At night, I ONLY take the car out if I have access to a manned, gated parking lot. Otherwise, she stays home and sits pretty in the garage.
Sounds kind of extreme but I'd like not to go through that again. And I have secure places to park my car in about 90% of the places I goto.
