Default rear racing seats

Has anyone done this? (removed rear seat and put in 2 racing seats) If so, what kind of modifying, if any, will I need to do to install racing seats in the rear.

Dont do that. It will look pretty gay and why would you need racing seats in the back anyway? Save you money and go faster.

I have this done on my 4 door GSR.

It's A LOT of work. We had to drop the gas tank, which involves taking out the fuel pump. We made our own brackets out of mild steel 1inch wide backstrap type material. All in all it took us 28 hours expanded over 1.5 weeks. Wish I had more pictures of the back seat. Check out the topic on this board about 4 door GSRs for more pictures of the car.

Thanks for the input guys... Judging by the amount of work involved, I believe I will pass on this idea...

dont waste your money on that, if you want a custom and showy look when it comes to you seats im pretty sure that u can buy upholstry from sparco and have them put on over you seats. I have seenit done and it looks really good.
