- remove bumper
- remove headlights
- remove lights/rubber from unit
- 8 minutes at 200 degrees on tray
- Start prying open with screwdriver....may have to put back in oven for 2 minutes
- tape off turnsignal area
- prime
- paint a few coats (i used charcoal metallic paint)
- let dry
- assemble housing, put back in oven for 8 minutes at 200 degrees
- push back together tightly when hot
- apply silicon to unit for extra water protection
-put back on car.. (duh)

Any questions ask........

Doing the first one is hard, but I just put it back in the oven. By the time you get to the second one you know what your doing.

I go one step further than you...I am too cheap to buy good ones...so I got a cheap brand from ebay

...they work pretty good though, and look good, so I won't give people a bad impression of the makers by exposing their name.

This is possible to do with a crx correct? Also what do you use to put them back together, like what kinda adhesive? Also what is the area you speak of to tape over? on a crx i would not need to do this correcT? Thank you.

These kind look better than some of the Stanley JDM headlights. Probably not as good light output, but still, they look dope.

I wouldn't have the guts thought to break apart my headlights and do it. And to bake my headlights? I wouldn't be able to do that, because I wouldn't allow myself to close the oven door, just thinking that the headlights could possibly melt, ahhhhhhhhhhhh!

Looks safe though. I'll give you a $50 to do this to mine!

tape over the reflector on the turn signal....
and use silicone to eseal to be safe, there should be enough silcone already on the lights to get back together... re-read his first couple posts it does say it all..
