the holes where redrilled to fit, so pretty much you can turbo your accord from all the stock parts from a turbo dsm and some custom piping

my friends machine shop put the manifold on the mill and redrilled every hole you dont have to but it made the exhaust ports line up nicer and they sandblasted the manifold too so it didnt look like a rusty piece of junk

this OT but yeah the floppies are good I got heap of computers parts in the basement.
As for flow issues I dont know but a turbo will make more power than my header so I dont think it will matter much

my manifold and parts are from a 2g, but any talon or eclipse manifold will work but if your gonna go rape a dsm for parts look for a 1g they have a bigger turbo 14g I think and nicer metal BOV not the plastic thing I have

Yea but the 1g's turbo is alot older so it might not be in top shape, plus the DSM guys like the 2g manifold cuz it flows better, and you can upgrade your plastic BOV to one from a 1g

Well great, you redrilled the holes. That doesn't mean the ports line up perfectly... therefore you place uneven exhaust restrictions on the different cylinder ports...

well the machine shop used a gasket to line the ports up which match perfectly when they drilled the holes and also the ports on the manifold are about 1/8" bigger then accord exhaust ports so I dont think there will be much restriction and if that is a problem I will just port the head.

this wont work on the h22a but I mean for the cost of a real turbo kit which is about 2.5 -3k this setup is only going to cost me about $400 so for the price is right

I don't think that this will work on an F22B1 , because nothing lined up right when I tried comparing gaskets. Well, at least the A6 guys can have fun.

pretty sure some one on hondasociety used this same setup on a JDM F22b(sister engine to a h23) and their setup at 10psi I think made 250ish hp, just search and you will find it, But when you compare gaskets all you need is the exhaust ports to line up not the holes I redrilled every hole but the ports line up nicely

from my understanding this manifold will work on pretty much any stock accord with a little modification, but to be sure compare gaskets

sweeeeeet.

any chance you can have a shop compare gaskets to the other USDM F22 series before you slap this on? I'd love to see if this will work on say the F22B1/B2, F23 (6th gen accord series) and stuff, and maybe even the USDM h23a (since the JDM F22B is supposed to the sister engine of it right?).

f23a...no way...ports are way different
f22b1...not sure
f22b2...not sure
f22a1-6...yes
h22a1...might be complicated

OK, this is some weird timing.

I am about to sell my 1G DSM turbo with a 2G manifold and a brand new 16G.

So you guys are saying that there is a chance I could slap that turbo on a F23A1?

Maybe I should keep the DSM for a couple more months to see if it would fit........

just buy a F23 manifold gasket and line them up.
So I can drill the holes?

What about the water and oil lines that go in the turbo?

That would take some good engineering.........
