yeah, you could have it tuned or find someone that can program it thereself to get it to stop running so rich or leave the obd1 conversion on it and put the obd1 b16 ecu in it which is the p30... then again you could always go back to the stock ecu..

go to pheareble.net , he is a memeber on here and tell him your mods then buy the chip from him and replace the the current chip in your p28,, I guessing its a mad tyte jdm chip in there right now

It's pretty much the best ECU ever produced. EVAR.
You'll make torque like a Camaro SS. And you'll hit VTEC so hard, you'll **** your pants and snap halfshafts like a mother[freak]er.

well honestly it is according to if you're wanting to race or not.. the p30 that was in my buddy's car went to 8600 rpms but his chipped p28 made it run better.. There isn't an LS1 ecu for a civic man..

I would keep the chipped 28 and have it tuned.. make sure they put a rev. limiter on it when you have it tuned.. it'll get the most power and it'll run like it's supposed to..

I mean, logically, it's not really that hard. All you gotta do is solder a little and rewire some pins.
Just gotta do some homework and research.
You'll be pushing 300-400fwhp out of that stock b16 in no time!
Good luck mang.
