Opinions on Endyn Superchargers...
Has anyone bought one? Paying $3500 is pretty cheap for a B16A. Here's their quote "Q: How much hp/torque will it make?
Before the IC were added, the B16A was making over 400 hp, the B18C5 (Type-R) just under 400 hp. These engines have more than 200 ft-lbs below 2,000 rpm and the peak torque number is conservatively rated at 350+ ft-lbs.
Heck if I can acheive 400+ hp from that kit, I'd be a happy camper."

Re: Opinions on Endyn Superchargers... (mano77)
The kit itself is Vaporware.
However, endyn does quality work. If I were going to use an Eaton blower, I'd have it modded by endyn, and snag one of their stepper pulleys.
A new JRSC kit + endyn mods + hondata ~ $5000. That will make you think long and hard about it...
I'm currently building a road race car, and the Eaton style blowers deliver the power the way I want it, but the cost to do it correctly is outrageous. I'll probably just end up going with a smaller turbo and higher than normal compression.

LOL
I wouldn`t let endyn touch my blower. Do a search for "11psigsr". He sent his charger to endyn, spent over 10k and it lost power. Plus he had to spend another XXX just to get it running righht again

Like someone already said it's "vaporware"...it will never come out, and if it does even exist, it's probably not all that and it's one-off...
Endyn is garbage. Larry is a liar, and that alone turns me away from doing business with him. You don't lie to customers, and you definately don't rip them off and treat them like ****..
do some research and on honda-tech and on clubsi and you'll realize why people refer to endyn as fakedyn.

you need to see how fucked over this guy was that I`m referring to. I followed the whole story, even before it was sent to endyn. It was sad.
..and then there`s what he did to my friend Jeff, I`m sure you all know about that story...

I just want to know what happened that's all.
I always hear/read crap talking on Endyne so this time I want to know specifics and not just "they suck" or "they'll rip you off like they di my pal" or whatever.

As far as endyn goes it really seems like a hit/miss sort of thing. A lot of people will say and a lot will say .
Bottom line is, if you are going to run an eaton, prepare to deal with a shitload of hot air.

It sucks that Endyn did that to their customer. But all of the Endyn threads going around in the Honda community kept me entertained for a whole month...

Re: Opinions on Endyn Superchargers... (POLLO)
I guess Im one of the guys that came away kinda lucky..lol. I sent my head off for porting, which they did(dont know exact dyno numbers due to other parts) but it was a pretty minimal gain. All in all, I didnt expect much more than 8-10whp...I think I made around 6-8. Also, I am running their flat exhaust valves which work just fine. I have heard a lot of horror stories though and if I had to send a head out again I would go portflow, because I guess its better safe than sorry. I would buy parts from them because they are always pretty good with shipping/reciepts(with me anyhow). Shady businesses suck in general, so its probably best to go to a safe, well known place.

I'm waiting to see some links to some stories about ENDYN as well.
I'm not taking sides here, but I'd like to see more than just "ENDYN is shady" or the same **** I always see.
I have actually dealt with Lary from ENDYN and they had excellent customer service and the head that our shop saw from them looked really nice.
So where are those stories at? I want to see the flipside of ENDYN since I've seen their good side.

Here is a bit of advise....mentioning TOO, Larry, or ENDYN on this forum is a rant thread just waiting to happen. You will rarely get the answers you asked for and all it does is take up bandwidth.
Sidenote... I deal with larry alot and have yet to have any problems with his products or service. But I do believe that beeing a good consumer is beeing awhere of everything good and bad.

Here's one link for you.
It's funny, I stumbled onto their website a couple of years ago, and I was going to wait for the SC kit. The interest in that is what got me into turbos, etc.
