*** My '93 DA Project in the Making ***
<FONT SIZE=""7"">(56k Turn back now!!!!!!!!!!)</FONT>
As most of you know, I finally got rid of my Jetta and purchased a new toy.
You know the saying, "Once you go Honda.......................... "
I've been kicking myself in the *** Since I sold my old Integra, So the only right thing to do is buy another one.
Everyone and their brother has a DC2 (no offence to all of you), So I figured why not go Old Skool
She is Scheduled to go in for Paint and Body this Friday (12/14/07) and should be fresh and clean by the 28th of December worst case.
If all goes as planed, She'll be Stiff, Low, and Clean by the second week of January.
Here are a few pics of parts waiting to be installed and how it sits before the major Face Lift, Nip & Tuck starting this weekend
<FONT COLOR=""DarkOrange""><FONT SIZE=""6""><The Before Pics> (12/11/07)</FONT></FONT> <FONT SIZE=""1"">Sorry for the **** pics, My camera Blows!!!</FONT>
Mmmmmm, Look at that 14+ y/o paint
Out with the old, beat up, paint chipped, lop sided, bumper.................. In with the new flawless type-r lipped bumper.
Also Took inventory of everything that will go into/onto the DA as soon as she leaves the paint booth.
just a couple things to bolt on..........
Box-O-Parts
2.5" custom exhaust with Magnaflow dual tipped can (just needs a resonator installed) but still sounds damn good!!!
A Teaser Pic of her rare Weekend/Honda Meet/Auto-X Shoes
Can you guess what they are?
Check back periodically for new updates and pics as the change finally begins.
Comments and constructive criticism wanted, & always appreciated
-Jeff

on the brighter side, that new carpet looks good..how did it fit? </TD></TR></TABLE>
I am Swapping It to a 5-speed as soon as My wife and I get our Taxes back.
I already got permission from her
I already found the parts car to get everything off
AND
I already have my three tranny swap guru buddys on speed dial for the event.
The best part about this car,.............................. I only paid $1600 cash !!!!!!!!!
It runs strong, Sounds Great, and already came with 1 piece headlights, real JDM Tails, A custom mandrel bent exhaust (2.5" piping with a magnaflow muffler), and a SICK Alarm/Anti theft system w/ Lojack and remote start !!!!
So a waste,....... It Was Not In My Book

they are the same in every country. Except Moronsylvania where they have Altezzas.</TD></TR></TABLE>
So why don't I have reflectors in the corners of mine vs. in every other set I've seen out there?
This car was first owned and put together by a female that that has Moderated G2IC.com since day one.
She was the one who installed all of the parts listed above.
Then My Buddys Cousin bought the car and owned it for 9 months.
He decided to go back to NY and figured it wouldn't be safe sitting on the streets of the Bronx, So he sold it to me.
I was just told that The Tails were JDM, So I went with it.............
They may be or may not be. Either way,..... I think I'm gonna jump on G2IC again and research the truth a little bit more.
They just look different then all of the USDMs I've been pointed out by my DA GURU Buddy Steve. IDK?
