To All Nsx Owner's
This is a regular customer that bring his nsx to our dealership. It is a 91 Nsx in pristine condition with over 300,000 miles on the odometer. Engine has never been rebuilt or taken apart for repair. This is what I call a drivers car, it is amazing to see this car with that many miles. Still runs like new, no knock, ping, or leaks. The guy drive his Nsx everywhere not like most people who garage their car all year round. This is the way to drive an Nsx not on a trailer. If anyone ever complain why the Nsx cost so much, this is one of the reason. A solid built car that is reliable, easy to drive and handle better most cars that cost twice as much. Try to get 300k out of a Porche or a Viper with replacing and engine or turbo.

Most people don't realize that extreme reliability and longevity are part of the package when you buy an NSX. My daily driven '97 NSX T currently has 96,000 miles, and is in perfect condition.

BUT like any other car the less miles it has the more resale value if you ever choose to sell it -
and not only that but do me a favor- next time shoot me a pic of the side bolster!!

Just crossed 92k mark on mine and nothing but usual maintenance.. original clutch still had plenty of miles left on it when I decided to tinker around on the insides
seeing that 300k on a nsx makes me feel comfortable lol

I think it is just plain stupid to buy a car, and not drive it, so that you can sell it for more in the end. just drive it and be happy. you'll come out better in the end.

I expect I'll hit 100K before the end of the year with my 95. I bought it at 56K and the only "repair"* so far has been a single O2 sensor.
* Not to be confused with maintenance like timing belt and tires and brakes and stuff which has cost me plenty...

I didn't know the nsx motor can go up that high. My acura legend is at 200,000 and it's still running strong. I should consider buying an nsx for a daily cruiser.

Re: To All Nsx Owner's (kev946)
its absoloutly amazing that a v6 producing as much power as it does can be reliable 300,000 miles later.
the integras are the same way. more hp per liter then any other production car yet there more reliable then most.
vws arnt that bad.
and nsx's definatly arnt that expensive considering what they are.

Guess Honda reliability is still up there even in its most high performance car. That's really cool, never seen anything like it.
