Default a(count)ing for the ITR ECUs (P73)

I couldn't find anything like this, and I'm trying to track down the P73s and what they came from, so I figured I'd post the info here.
Maybe some of you can shed some light on the missing parts.

USDM
A02 - 97 [OBD2a]
A03 - 98 [OBD2a]
A04 - 00/01 (immob) [OBD2b]

JDM
000 - ??? [OBD2a]
003 - 96/97 [OBD2a]
013 - 98/99 [OBD2a]
023 - 00/01 [OBD2a]

EDM
G01 - 97-99 (00/01?) (immob?) [OBD2a]

UKDM
n03 - ??? [OBD2a]

967 - 97 [OBD2a]
J91 - ???? [OBD2?]

*edited to add a few more P73s and update some model years*
**edited to add OBD info**

I know, the more I search the more I find. But the influx of info is dwindling fast.
Wish I knew someone that could read Japanese so they could load the JDM EPC and simply look it up.
