1994 Integra DB7 4 door

I'm closing on my house this Friday and would love to have it gone by then. It's still insured and on the road but soon I'll be removing it to park it. Someone with a brain know's this is a great deal so scoop this bitch up!! </U>

1. Almost 100% complete B18b1 longblock
2. Extra set of Corner lights
3. Extra set of Headlights
4. Extra set of wheels with $500 in snow tires. Bought them last year new and only have about 8k miles on them.
5. Stock axle back exhaust
6. Replacement valve cover
7. Extra air filter
8. 2 Front and 2 Rear lips for the car
Motor ran fine when pulled from the car and could either be sold or swapped back in or built up. You decide.
I'm getting out of the game for a few years until I can get my mortgage and everything sorted out. My loss is your gain, just make this sale go through quick!!!
Carfax report (if I can find it) is clean!! Never been in any accidents or anything.
The Bad:
It does have quite a few door dings from inconsiderate people but that's mostly the last thing to do to the car. Everything else is done. The clear coat is completely gone on the roof and is peeling on the hood and trunk area. 1 rust spot on the pass. side rear 1/4 about half the size of a kiwi, slight ding in the pass front fender thanks to somebody at work and scuffs on the front bumper from the previous owner. Bushings squeek and may just need some white lithium grease or just need to be replaced. It has a Idle issue but I'm going to be tracking that down as soon as I get my good basemap ecu. I believe it's just a slight ignition timing issue that I will see on the readings from crome and be able to just smooth out.

JDM B20B w/knock sensor (higher compression/power) $650

Tein S-techs (2.6f, 1.8 r) $150
Ingalls f/r camber kits with professional alignment $180
and corner balancing
Brakes-
Just did a full front and rear brake job with $410 with caliper
new rotors and pads
and also replaced the drivers side rear caliper
while I was in there 10k miles ago
Has a new axle as of 2k miles ago and $160
the other was replaced within the last year
along with a nice grounding kit fabbed up by me.
6 gauge wire and 6 different grounding points
Headlights are OEM but painted amber/yellow high beams, great visability for night driving. Also OEM JDM fogs (yellow/amber) with the round JDM switch as well. Installed professionally as I dont wire, I just swap lol. OEM fogs= $225
Wheels-
1 complete set of 99-00 SI's with Dunlop FM901's with about 70% left on them (very sticky tire) $450
Grand total of parts installed within the last year......$4220!!
The car still books for a little over $3,000 in fair condition so thats over $7,000 and I'm asking less than half that.
All in all, I enjoy driving the car alot. It handles great (although pretty stiff), brakes well, is evenly balanced and will more than likely run mid to low 15's all day with no problems. I currently get 35mpg driving to work on 93 octane or 31-33mpg driving it with a heavy foot. The motor has (roughly) 35,000 kilometers on it prior to me swapping it in and then I've put 14k on it with no issues what so ever, no oil consumption, nothing. And the chassis has roughly 215k, I'd have to add it all up because when I got it the previous owner had installed indiglo's and it was messing up the tach/speedo so I replaced the cluster. But I do have the actual mileage written down as well.
Ohh and the oil is Royal Purple full sythetic. $6.50 a qt and worth every penny!!
Heres some pics of it though and also I'm not a professional photographer so dont expect anything crazy lol. I will try to get some under the hood shots and interior shots up soon as well.

Also, forgot to mention. The car is fully equiped with options too. Everything minus the power moonroof. It also has A/C, P/S, and cruise control. Has a JVC head unit and some sony speakers.
I was told a few times when doing the swap that it would be "soo much easier" to remove the a/c unit. But I said no, if your gonna do something you might as well do it right!

I appreciate the offer but I want to stay away from OBD-II vehicles due to emissions bullshiz. I would like to trade for a OBD-1 car of lesser value though and get a bit of cash on top to help with my down payment of my house.

I have a tuned ecu w/ data logging cable coming next week that is going to be installed and the car will more than likely be fully tuned within a couple weeks.
If the car makes it to the paint booth be sure that it's not going to sell for anything less that $5,000. So get it for a decent price while you can
