Don't know if it's an EM1 but I know it's a civic. Check the pic above

the picture above is a EM1, ek+ with b-seiries swap
heres how i mounted my tq damper
i did not have to modify any brackets, i simply used what it came with and made it work
with the exeption of a longer bolt and nut/spacer
this is a gsr engine in a integra, it works great, havent had any problems with it mounted this way, only had it for lik 3 days
nevermind i take that back, u do have to modify the bracket just slightly, all u gotta do is round off 1 corner of the bracket on the shock bolt
i do understand this may not be the same way its mounted for other b-series in eg/dc2 applications but it works, i would have loved for it to have been mounted at the back of the head for for the peak wobbling of the motor , but it doesnt look too bad mounted there
i will later prolly make my own bracket and get a cleaner longer bolt/spacer so it looks nicers
