Re: (Danny_EJ)
I would like an update on some of the people running them as well.
It seems like we had a bunch of these threads popping up about a year ago about how the SSautochrome turbos are working fine. And a bunch of people were buying them.
I would like to hear from people that have been running them over the past year. Is it possible that they are still holding up??

i have been running 15psi on mine ever since i put it on, and i poorly maintained it. still no shaft play or nothing, the only reason i took it off was i bought a bb garrett

Re: (ryan89crx)
One .42 .48 T3 5K miles on it working great, one "super T70" not much mileage yet but working great one T25 I used for 2500 miles and sold to someone else and last I heard holding up still and one T3/T4 currently has over 15K miles and has lots of shaft play getting near the end of its life but still building boost. All XS Power directly from SSautochrome I only get knock stuff directly from them and so far have had zero problems with any parts inluding lots intercoolers[really like these],tons of BOV's including the 50mm Tial knock off ,wastegates[double check assembly].I also order my Vband's from them as there only $30-40 I used one mani once but it broke shortly after i sold it as they are complete %100 garbage I know lots of other people using them with very little if any problems but I hear alot of stories of them packing it in so who knows.I will continue to use them as the money I saved i used to buy slicks, traction bars a wideband etc

Re: SSAC turbos........ (Black00em1)
I bought one almost two years ago without doing any research However I decided to use it anyway as I had already spent too much going to the dark side....
It has been in the car since Feb-05 and has been problem free. I expected it to die a long time ago and then replace it with a Garret, but it just won't die!
I wouldn't recommend one as I had all kinds of problems with their manifold but the one I have has been a good unit. Go figure!

Re: (93CX)
Now im debating, T3T4 57 Trim 8-10psi on my stock b16a or... building a b18b with a b16 or gsr head (lsvtec) with rods/pistons 8:5:1 or 9:1 compression and running there t-70 with a top mount manifold insted of the ram horn im planning now..
Either way i plan on really thinking it over as i have 4 months to decide how i want to plan this out. Either way im ordering my intercooler, piping, bov from S-FAB and from there ill plan the manifold, down pipe, turbo and motor setup.
Brad (sfab) ran the t70 on a 2.0l ls and went 11.0 said from 5k on it was nuts and im considering going this road. Or ill leave the car as a daily and run there t3t4 57 trim on a ram horn manifold and just be happy.
so many choices...
