G2 boosted, HMT for life.
The install went down in Xenocron's garage on sunday, with the homemadeturbo.com NE crew spoonfeeding me my first turbo.
Hits 6 psi at 4k in 2nd, fun as expletive to drive, exactly what I wanted. THEORETICALLY, I can stay out of boost around town  .
Anyways, here is the info, and some pics.
**** I have:
Vaccum lines 5$
Random piping/couplers/clapms for IC 20$
.60/.80 Garret *Possibly a GT28E* 100$
Oil lines and most of the kit...will have it ready soon. 20$ + 10$ hotsex oil return
Boost Gauge installed 25$
Oil Press gauge installed 30$
Resistor Box 0$
Falken Azenis rt615's sitting in my garage 140$
Chip for my ECU 23$
Hotsex Manifold/DP 360$ paid
Xenocron styles 2.5inch exhaust 300$ paid
Manual Boost Controller 15$
Saab FMIC 50$
NGK BKRE7's or whatever, the ones all the cool kids are using. 35$
XTD Stage 3 Clutch kit 150$
Piping/welding 50$
Half Rad (thanks Tim!) 60$
450 CC's 50$
1g BOV 45$
Tune 150$

HMT builds may take more skill, but they just show what kind of skills you have. Obviously this guy can't weld.

Re: (tegG2)
whoever said somethign about who cares how a weld looks as long as it is strong? well a good indication of strong welds is how they look, you sould have repeating ripples all the way around, not globs of crap that will cause problems, other wise this is what i think of yoru setup:

Yeah it is pretty hacked up actually lol, someone needs a tig welder + experience.
What exactly are these two pipes doing anyways?
And it also looks like you'd need to take them out if you ever took the turbo out.
