95 Accord Lip Question

5th Gen Accord Question
I was just wondering if the stock 95 accord front lip would fit on my 97 accord front bumper????

you have to cut the center part off where it normally rises up to fill/clip in to the gap on the bottom of 94-95, then its just wood screws and zip-ties from there

i have the stock 94 lip on there...
you have to cut the center part off where it normally rises up to fill/clip in to the gap on the bottom of 94-95, then its just wood screws and zip-ties from there

not that I know of, I took mine to a body shop, they did it pretty quickly. I got the front and rear 95 lip on my 96, looks great painted

just take your bumper off, line up the 94-95 lip and you'll see where you have to cut. this is my 2nd lip and i used some 2" brackets and bolts to clamp the lip to the bumper, it's a lot more sturdy than just screws. i'm thinki'ng i should paint mine now like the jdm4eva's white accord

that's an old pic from last october, i have the jdm stanley bumpers now with the little amber inserts. i'm trying to update my pictures soon.

no i didnt send it too a shop, but from the looks of it, the bolt holes dont look like they are aligned....but then again i could be wrong....i just dont wanna drill anymore holes in my car hahah ....but, anyone know if it bolts on directly or has lil modding

if you are capable of doing the 94-95 front lip, you should be able to do the rear as well. should'nt be too difficult. jsut take your bumper off, line everything up and see what you need to do.

You should be able to find them new from any of those sites or you could try to find one in good shape in a junkyard or on eBay. Also try the Accord FS/WTB thread and the Honda Market Place.
