Default 5th Gen Accord Question

I was just wondering if the stock 95 accord front lip would fit on my 97 accord front bumper????

Oh that looks SOOOOOOOO much better than the stock 96-97 lip.

Crap, I have to do it now. I've been wanting to but I've never seen the lip on the car (96-97)

You by any chance don't have the back lip on also do you?

you have to cut the center part off where it normally rises up to fill/clip in to the gap on the bottom of 94-95, then its just wood screws and zip-ties from there

That is probably the most popular OEM Honda Accord lip ever.

just take your bumper off, line up the 94-95 lip and you'll see where you have to cut. this is my 2nd lip and i used some 2" brackets and bolts to clamp the lip to the bumper, it's a lot more sturdy than just screws. i'm thinki'ng i should paint mine now like the jdm4eva's white accord

here's mine:

It looked like a pretty simple thing to me..
Why would you have to send it to a body shop?

if you are capable of doing the 94-95 front lip, you should be able to do the rear as well. should'nt be too difficult. jsut take your bumper off, line everything up and see what you need to do.

Majestic Honda (HAP)
Honda Discount Parts
San Leandro Honda
T.A.S. Auto Parts

You should be able to find them new from any of those sites or you could try to find one in good shape in a junkyard or on eBay. Also try the Accord FS/WTB thread and the Honda Market Place.
