for GS-R BKR7E gap it to .030 to .032
for LS, BCPR7E same gap

use NGK, cheap, simple, and it works

Who makes this plug? Sorry if that's a newbie question, but I"ve just always gone with NGKs, and never really researched plugs.

I read on the NGK site that you should go one step colder for every 75-100 hp...if I'm planning on sub 200hp for an EX, I guess I'd just need one range colder, should I change the gap? Anyone?

http://www.clubplug.net/ will have almost every plug you could want. Order 20 or more plugs at a time to save on shipping. You will be needing to change them more often with FI than stock.

yes b16's are the same, and as for gap, you need to gap accordingly to your setup, everyones is different. mine are gapped to .28 on my b16.
