Default Quarter Sports Drag H2B Kit

Over the last few months I have been working on a H2B project for my 1994 Integra GSR which utilizes the B transmission along with an H longblock. My car had a full H22 swap before this project started and ran 12.62's at 107mph back to back this last August at Sacramento Raceway CMI event. I felt with better gearing and solid shift linkage the ET's would only improve therefore the most logical answer was this kit.

More information on the car with the H22 swap can be found here:
https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1131655

Information on the kit can be found here:
http://www.QuarterSportsDrag.com
or
gobigorgohome@quartersportsdrag.com

Now for a few teaser pics:

The Car, 1994 Milano Red GSR

At Lo's shop this last Monday http://www.customfab1320.com

Here is a pic of the GSR (S80) transmission equipped with a Cusco LSD along with all GSR drivetrain, linkage, clutch, flywheel, mounts, starter and of course the H2B Kit.

For the guys with factory mounts still in place don't worry about this picture. Those that currently run HCP H22 mounts that cut a portion of the tranny mount off will be required to weld the "rear leg" of the mount back in place as it was stock. Here is a picture of the mount after being fixed and spray painted (thanks Lo)

Finally here is a pic of the H block and B transmission bolted up along with a intermediate shaft and custom bracket supplied with the kit assembled.

UPDATE 01/04/05 Motor is in!

Big Block

Installed the new header, radiator & hoses. Also installed the wire harness later but not shown in the pic.

The kit has been very easy to assemble and I am very impressed to say the least with this kit.

Special thanks to the Townsend Bro's & Lo at 1320 custom fab

Finally! But you definitely need more angles of the tranny and motor together.

Good luck man. I've seen what gearing changes can do to b-swaps and d-swaps and cant wait to see how the big H does with some shorter gearing.

The motor position is more forward with the kit therefore we have more room betwen the firewall and the motor. It's always a pain in the *** to get the filters off in a clean way on the Honda's.

Sorry?

I can reach the H22 filter on my EG easier than I can the oil filter on my friend's EK with GSR... not that that's a good h22 vs GSR point, haha... but I don't understand what you are talking about?

Auto trans is taller, thus the mount is higher then a manual one.

I go to the junkyard about every tuesday, remind me, and I will get one for you.

Shunked, props!
