what booster/mc with integra brakes
i swapped on integra front brakes, but now the pedal falls really low (the lines are bled), i guess this is because the calipers on the integra brakes are larger thus more fluid needed to press them? in either case, whats the best mc/booster to upgrade with? i searched btw. thanks

Re: what booster/mc with integra brakes (classic69)
I personally have done the rear disc converson to my EF DX and soon will do the front knuckle brake swap.
Since you have the larger Teg calipers; you are asking your master cylinder to pump more fluid that it dosn't have. You need to swap out your 13/16" master cylinder with a 90-93 integra 15/16" (non ABS) MC, but you NEED to use the booster as well. This isn't that bad of a swap and the booster along with the brake lines will match up perfectly.
If you have disc brakes all around, you probably should swap out your stock proportioning valve for one that says "40/40" on the side. This comes in Si and EX 88-91 civics, and DA integras.
I also recomend the braided lines all around. After I did the swap it made a huge differance in stoping force and the peddle travel is just like stock only stiffer. And that's with stock 9.5" front brakes.

He is correct grab an Integra Booster that says 260V (non abs) on the plaque and the MC and they will bolt in. It can be a pain but it isn't bad. I love my Integra Booster/MC. I also have 260V booster/MC for sale.

so the 88-91 prelude MC will bolt right in my stock booster then? or should i put in the DA MC/BOOSTER instead?? will either give me good results?

Re: what booster/mc with integra brakes (CRX Toad)
I plan on doing this upgrade to my 91 crx si.
So I need:
90-93 Integra(non-abs) brake booster and master cylinder?
I wonder if the auto parts store will have these?

Correct, and yes they should have those parts.

Go to the autoparts store and buy a 1990 integra non-abs master cylinder/brake booster. You are probably looking at around ~300 dollars without the cores returned.

The EX and Integra non-ABS MC will fit, brake lines will line up.

Just buy the 90-91 EX MC and you wont have to change your brake booster. When I checked prices a few months ago they were around $70-90 before core charge

Bad Canadian, bumping such an old thread; think because you had the Winter Olympics you can do anything you want
I don't believe you can use the ABS booster, but I can't tell you the exact reason. Now of course this is a twenty year old Honda and not a B-2 stealth bomber so with some finaggling you can make it work, but the question is if it is worth it to you.

Check out the 4-door hatch Master Cyl. It'll match up to your EF lines, and it's cheap as heck! I paid $48 bucks for mine, and it's a 15/16. The integra ones are more expensive, and the lines from the car needs bent like 15 degrees.

Re: what booster/mc with integra brakes
Hate to bring this back from the dead but I'm looking for assistance. I recently bought an 89 civic si hatch that had the rear disk swap from a 90 crx si. So now I have disk brakes all around. I am noticing that the peddle is soft and sometimes I lose braking. I'm pretty sure my MC is going out. So, I'm looking at swapping in a 90 integra booster and MC. Is this an adequate swap or should I be looking for something else? FYI the link above :#GRIDLIFE is not the correct one anymore
