Default best exhaust size for stock b18c5 with jdm itr 4-1 header

i was just wondering...what is the best exhaust size for this kind of setup? the engine is completely stock, only a cold air intake and the jdm integra type r 4-1 header. most of the times, i tell people with stock b series engines to stick with a 2.25" exhaust piping, but since the collector on this header is 2.5" would i benefit from a 2.5" diameter exhaust piping with a 2.5" cat? i know this topic has probably been covered before, but i would like to hear it from the itr guys.

this is why i love the integra type r section of honda-tech, every single post so far has been helpful. thank you so much! so far, my decision is leaning toward a 2.5" exhaust system from the header back to the muffler tip. Is there anyone out there think that i should lean toward a 2.25" system? also, for the people with the jdm itr 4-1 header, please post up your exhaust set-up.

I have JDM 4-2-1 (not as nice) but I have kteller 2.5 in stainless steel with 2.5 in magnaflow cat, resonator and muffler. This is on a CRX though.

if you're not doing anything
2.25 with the 2.5 flange
because it'll give you more back pressure
