semiflatolive H22 powered Eh project
**** UPDATE PAGE 2 ****
Well, its time to post up the Turtle project. Heres the scoop, I used to own a 95 Si with a H22. Three weeks after I had the swap done in the car, I fliped the bitch through a fence and broke off a couple of trees at the stump in the process. I walked away with a sore back, a totalled car, and a ruined selfesteem. I loved that car with all my heart. The car was towed to a Honda dealer near by for free, then the next night me and a budy that impounds cars for a living stole the car off the lot before anyone could get their hands on the motor. I was determined to sell everything and get out of Hondas for good. After some long consideration I said expletive it, I like these cars too much to give up now. So after searching on H-T for a while I found a rust free shell with a blown motor in Georgia. So me and a budy hot a trailer and went on the 24 hour round trip and picked it up. That was a long drive but, very worth it. I wanted to do a full build and color change on the car so as soon as I got the car home I started gutting the whole thing. I got it down to all metal, susp, steering rack and heater core everything else was gutted. I had a friend lined up that was going to paint it for me. After he had it for 6 MONTHS and did a few dent repairs I took it back because someone else said they would do it in like a week. So I waited for him to paint it and after calling him for two weeks and no call backs I decided to do it myslef with the help of my buddy Twitch. I guess If you want something done you have to do it yourself. Now after primming and wetsanding the whole car we started to paint this weekend. It was a very long weekend. Any way enough of the blah blah heres the car.
The heart of the Turtle
spot primmed and ready to be primmed
wetsanded and ready for paint, Ohh no more sticky **** on the doors!
Seeings how it was 40 degrees when we were painting we needed some heat, instant bake booth
The body is painted and baked
H-T meet Twitch, Twitch meet H-t

We were sippin on some Coronas, dude its a must. The color is top secret..... J/k its urbangreen off of BMW Z4s and the SUVs I think. Its BASF single stage with a flattening agent. Mixing it owned me, ratios are tricky when you have to figure it out yourself, that was mix #5.

Re: (exclusive_vtec)
Didnt get a whole lot done last night. All the parts except the bumpers are hung in my garage ready to be painted. Takin it day by day since I only work on it about 4 hours a night after work and on the weekends. We have to reprime the bumpers since we forgot a flex additive . Stupid mistake, I know, but I have never painted a car before . Updates will be up soon thanks for the comments!
As for the truck, I will try and dig up some pictures!

Here is said truck. This is the only picture I have of it, it saw better days than this one. It was a good off roader, it was not afraid to jump all four wheel off the ground, and many a mail box and street sign fell victim to its rath. As you can tell by the front bumper. It will be survived by its fond memories of hell raising R.I.P.....
