JDM half-mast antenna and switch wiring
Im trying to see how to wire my JDM half mast antenna for my 4th gen there are 4 wires from the wiring harness from the antenna (green/red - black - yellow/white - white/yellow) and there are 3 wires from the wiring harness on for the switch (green/red - black - yelow/white) does anyone know how to wire them? the antenna already has a relay on it attached to the wiring harness I just need to know how to attach the 2 harnesses in order too make the switch work ... any ideas or am I just confusing? lol

Re: JDM half-mast antenna and switch wiring (jdmhore)
I figured it out:
1st: cut the old harness from the car (only black - yellow/white - white/yellow)
2nd: attach the JDM harness from the car (green/red - black - yellow/white - white/yellow JDM has green/red for switch)
3rd: take the switch harness and attach the green/red wire to the green/red on the car harness
4th: make a ground for the black wire I used an e-brake bolt
5th: connect the yellow/white wire from the switch to the yellow/white pn the car haress i used some weird 3 way connector thing that i found and
6th: put the switch where ever it will fit i put mine in the options on the e-brake console
7th: test it out the raio has to be on in order for it to go up and then play with the switch and ur done when u turn the car off it shd go all the way down
I will post some pics tmw shd be alot easier

I know this is about 3 months old but....
Do you have to have the JDM antenna to make this work? Or did you just wire the switch to your existing antenna?

I replaced my jdm antenna with a universal one, you know the ones to fit any car, not out of choice of course, but the honda one'll prob cost a bomb.
