Boosted CRX project in DFW
Currently we've been working on Rigo's CRX for about one week and now we're seeing the finished product soon. Even though he's boosting on a stock motor he took the time to do the setup the right way. Here's his set up:
Precision SC 34
Precision 780cc Injectors
Tial 38mm wastegate
HKS BOV
3" Downpipe
Custom IC Piping
Precision Med Intercooler
Hondata s200b
Full-Race Traction Bar
Pwr Radiator
Hasport Motor Mounts

Stoney plans on tuning the car by next tuesday...just waiting on a couple parts finish up this project. We're not looking for crazy horsepower #'s being a daily driver & stock motor, probably around 270-290whp.
Here's a couple of more pics.

Wastegate,dumptube,turbo filter

It's hard to say what boost we're going to run until it's on the dyno. But to make a prediction I would have to say between 9-12 psi.

It's pretty far away from the charge pipe....nothing will be harmed by the dump tube.

Re: Boosted CRX project in DFW (HybridRacer69)
looks good but thats a shitty WG placement, watch out for boost spikes becasue your going to get them periodicly. With the WG there your basicly just venting the excess exhaust gasses from just the #3 cylinder thus your still getting 3 other cylinders pumping exhaust gasses thru the turbo... meh just my .02 looks very nice otherwise
