This person contacted me after seeing me on the HMT board to get my business.

So I sent him money with the promise that 1-2 weeks I would have flanges.
Product promised in 1-2 weeks
After 4 weeks more promises of shipping
After week 5 seller stopped responding to emails.
It is now 6 weeks and the seller no longer responds to emails.


So he stopped responding to emails, UNTIL I emailed him letting him know I started a trasaction dispute. Oh yeah, he responded REAL QUICK to that.

Me:

This jackass replied quick when he heard I was going to do a Paypal complaint for my funds. Then after two days of back and forth about having them done...he stopped replying again. The 10 day Paypal fraud complaint went thru, with no reply from him so automatic win for me...Trouble is NO FUNDS in his account so I get NOTHING

8 weeks after a 1-2 week delivery promise, Nothing. No longer replies to anything. I have contacted the proper Authorities to handle this loser.

Someone should have him arrested.. he's obviously a scammer...

How is it that he continues to get away with ripping people off? I just don't get it? Someone needs to take some action and shut him down/throw him in jail/sell all of his **** to get your money back...

I shoulda known better. I needed these for a new kit we are building for customers. He promised 1-2 weeks, 8 weeks later and nothing and he ignores any emails I send.

Im getting orders taken care of as quickly as possible. IPO will be the last custom flange run i do for awhile because i just dont have the time to do them. I already stopped accepting custom orders like this one because its to much time for small runs. Im sorry its taking so long. But like i said i no longer will be doing custom orders because of stuff like this.

Someone needs to just stop taking his excuses and take him to court... if not, he's just going to continue what he's doing... scamming people and making excuses...

I have started to take legal action. I am a business, I would NEVER do this to a customer. His Reply above gives me no hope what so ever. Just more empty promises. I gaurentee 4 weeks from now I will still not have a damn thing. Trouble is, legally he is in the wrong and I have started to take the needed steps to remedy it. He has fucked with the wrong person.

I dont have time to sit around on H-T waiting for people to respond to whatever i have to say honestly.

I have been without an important part of my cnc mill for the past few weeks and the only place who makes the replacement part (the OEM) is being **** suckers about it and isnt helping me out.. they sent the wrong ******* part and wont take blame for it.

I have somewhat ghetto rigged it to barely work for now so im tryin to get flanges done asap.. but its kinda hard when the drill chuck falls out of the mill after each hole being drilled.... but i have no options right now.

For those who know there mills... my draw-bar is stripped. You know what im talkin about.

Question: I am not an expert in CNC machining, but here is a pic comparing BMCRacing's flange to Exploited's flange:



Now I know BMC's is CNC machined, but doesn't exploited look flame cut? And if so, isn't the problem with the CNC milll just a load of bull?

Wow, this sounds alot like the situation you've put members of this site in: Keeping people without important parts to their projects, shipping wrong parts, passing the buck...Yet, you're continuing to do the same thing that company is-- not take the blame.

comunication is key ...i ordered some rota c8s...i was told they wouldnt be long ..but they were 2 months before they got to me ...BUT i was updated atleast every 3 days or so ..and as far as im concerned i couldnt ask for much more ....

evn thoug it took a while the wait was ok due to the fact i knew i was important to them as a customer ...

when i sell on ebay i notify when its shipped ..and with tracking number 10 min after it goes out ..this i sthe way i do it cause its the way id liek it done to me ...

you have to let people know whats going on and youd be suprised how understanding they can be ....oh and be honest to

that's why you never inform them ahead of time**that you're going to dispute a paypal charge... I'm sure he drained the account as soon as he heard you were going to try and dispute.
