This is a 2001 Pheonix Yellow Integra Type R #198
Car has 59k Miles and has only seen 2 snow storms in its entire life, which it was cleaned right after each drive
Paint is in awesome condition, NO DENTS, NO SCRATCHES, NO DOOR DINGS WHAT SO EVER! This car doesnt even have a mark on the front lip!
i am the Third Owner
first owner was a friend of a friend, he was 40 years old and sold the car with 5k miles on it to my buddy Dev because it was too loud and impractical for his family
Dev owned the car until 42k and sold to me
Car was stored in a heated airplane hanger during winters it was owned by Dev
Seats and interior in great condition. Center armrest is a tad faded
Car washed every 3 days or so
Oil changed every 2500 with full synthetic Penzoil 5w30 oil
AC blows super cold
Car has BRAND NEW synchros, all gears, replaced at ACURA for $1600 at 49k miles, before warranty ran out, because i begged and pleaded

Air/Fuel Gauge
Front Brake pads are some sort of Racing pad, honestly not sure of the brand, but they help stop the car amazingly
This Car handles nothing less of Amazing, with good tires like Azenis there is ZERO body roll, car handles on rails, no understeer what so ever
Very Fast and lots of torque, car shifts very nicely
all of the mods above except the springs and shocks have less then 10k on them, these are all VERY new mods
I planned on keeping this car and making it a summer/project/race car
But due to new job and relocation to the evil town of lawrence, i am forced to sell my baby
This is really hard for me to do, i honestly am extremely depressed right now about it
I want to see this car go to a good home, with a garage
This car is nothing less of amazing
