How often to change plugs?
I am using the BKR7E plugs gapped to 0.30
How often should I be changing them? Used to platinum and rare changes. I am boosting 6-8psi.

I read once (don't remeber where) to do it every oil change. So I would think around 3000 miles in a tubro application. Thats what I plan on doing.
