FS: 82 Civic Hatchback 1500DX Washington Oregon
** LOWERED PRICE TO $200.00 **
Like the title says.. 1982 Civic 1500DX, 2speed Hondamatic trans.
It's got a blown headgasket.. so it'll need to be towed home.
I have all the parts needed, all OEM Honda, almost $110.00 worth.
*headgasket + intake gasket
*valve cover gasket
*intake + exhaust valve seals
*auxilary valve seals
When I got it, I started it and it ran fine.. but it was puffing white smoke. So it DOES start and run.. but it's been sitting for almost 2 months and the battery went dead. There is a gouge on the drivers side door, and it's missing the key cylinders for the passenger side door and hatch.. but in general, it's not in bad shape considering it's 23 years old!
The tires are in good shape, and the interior is actually NICE! I have the title, and I'm looking to get $250.00 for it, or trade for some parts. Let me know what you have.

ok, i'm gonna pull the head off tomorrow and here's the plan..
-send it to the machine shop for a valve job and resurface the head
-install all new OEM valve seals and gaskets
-throw the battery on the charger and put the car back together
when it's running i'll post an update with a revised price.

true.. that IS a tax write off.
