Default b16 cams \ ITR cams

does anybody have the specs on the b16 cams and the ITR cams I'm looking for the the lift and duration on both. I have a poor mans type r and with ITR intake cam and b16 exhaust cam I would like to know the difference in lift and duration on the exh. cam on both itr and b16. I think that I am not expelling the exhaust fast enough and its holding me back. any help would be appreciated.

I need to know the difference between the itr and b16 exhaust cams I don't think that I am getting rid of the exhaust fast enought at higher rpm.

advance your exhaust cam 2 degrees for the time being. This will help evacuate the exhaust gasses a bit sooner.
