Well here goes another attempt at bodybuilding. I lost so much strength its scary since I started bboying again. I did gain a shit load of core strength though. The muscles are still there just gotta pump some life into them.

Like to add that being at the gym is great. Its so bizarre becuase when I was at my strongest I just quit and started dancing. So my mind still believes I can lift a certain amount but I cant even curl a 25 lb weight without noises in my left wrist and arm and my muscles get tired really fast. Its awesome not being at a plateu

Its funny that I can do a planche for 30 seconds but cant bench more than my own body weight.
