-Diet first, then pills..
-If your diet is good, pills are good...
-HH will help with energy before a workout as well..

I agree. I've been using HH for a good while,you have to work out and diet properly or it won't work. Too many people think that HH will get them cut by taking the pill without diet and exercise. Good luck man!
