I normally work out 3 times a week.
Let's say Mon - Thur - Sat. I need to help a friend move out of his apt on Sat. 4 hr of manual labor. Just wondering. I need to be strong, rested, and ready. Do I need to change my schedule? In other words, is it a good idea to work out morning before the move. A day before. 2 days before so the body have some time to rest? Workout 2 days in a roll just before? Or don't matter because the average guy (like me) really don't work out that hard anyways? |

I never workout the same day as manual labor. I would just lift on Sunday instead of Saturday.
