I need some advice as far as what kind of workout i can do to stay fit with a tight time schedule. I'm not trying to get super jacked but i would like to gain more muscle mass, lose some fat and be more tone. I was wondering if anyone had a suggestion as far as what type of exercise i could do at home or at the gym that would be productive since i do not have much time.(i own a treadmill at home)
Ok so i work 32 hours a week and i go to school in the morning basically my day consists of going to school around 10, getting out at 2:15 and working from 4-12. Now my days off are Tuesday(get of school 2:15),Friday,Saturday. It's hard for me to go to the gym on days that i work but i can make it on days that i am off. i'm around 5'10 160LBs if anyone has any suggestions that would be coolio.(thanks for reading if you do) Modified by R81_DC2 at 6:28 PM 9/22/2008 |

- google Rippetoes and start off with that since your new at this, that should be your routing for now
- eat 3k-3500 cals a day, must consist of protein and CLEAN cals (no junk food) lean meats = turkey, beef, fish, tuna will be your best friend - drink 1 gal of water a day, and lotsa milk - make sure you eat lots of food else no matter how hard you workout you will not grow without food especially PROTEIN! |
