Hey all, I bought a Samsung U-700, which is imported, and now it decided to drop dead on me. The phone is roughly 6 months old. US Samsung does not cover anything on import phones. Does any of you know if I call the UK Samsung, they will repair it? I dont want to make a phone call to UK Samsung center and find out that it "too bad so sad" and waste my money to make the phone call.

Sorry to say your are SOL.

The phone was sold to you on the gray market, so you wont be able to get warranty repairs on it.

You're only hope is to send it back to the place you bought it and have them send it to samsung.

whats SOL? lol, but yea, the store I bought it wont do anything since they said that sold as it is, and so does any other store around here on import phones. Oh well, I guess the phone is done then
