I started my first build and want to know how big of a PSU will I need?

Q9450 Core-2 Quad processor.
4 gigs of ram
2-250gb HDs
Video card
mother board

Will 650 Watts be enough? The only thing i have right now is the processor but am going to buy the rest of the parts in about a week.

My friend is giving it to me, all I know its an ATI. I just want the PSU to have sufficient wattage.

650 is fine.

That should be sufficient for a Crossfire configuration.

should be sufficient for some ridonculous SLI GTX280 setup

I ran the following on a 350W PSU for almost a year

e6550 @3.oGHz
4GB ram
G33M
ATi Radeon 1950 Pro later upgraded to a 3870
WDC 500GB HDD
2X DVD drive (one is a writer)
AB Audigy 2

Since I tossed in a 4870 I upgraded to a 650w Antec and added 2GB ram
