My upload speed is usually capped at 80kbps. In the past I received a DMCA letter from Comcast and have been warned that I would be blacklisted and denied service for one year if I did not decrease the amount of bandwidth I use, the phone call was in reference to a month where 500 gigs of data was transferred and they would not give me an answer when I asked them how much data I was allowed to transfer. This past week my upload speed has gone from 80kbps to 250kbps, and however awesome that sounds its got me paranoid. Is it just paranoia or do I have something to worry about :/
