hey guys whats up, i recently got accepted to Millersville University here in PA. anyhow, besides fasfa are there any other holes you can think of to get financial aid? i can't keep taking out a loan for each semester. i already pay 133 a month for my one loan, i mean its not bad, i still work during the semester but we all know how that is with owning a honda lol.

but yeah, what is some of your input on this topic? i want a subsidized loan? the one that you can pay off AFTER you graduate. what other places carry these types of aid. thanks guys!

Go to the financial aid office at your school and they will give you all your options. The FAFSA is a hard loan to qualify for in that if your parent make a reasonable amount of money it can disqualify.

I had to take out 2 loans through the financial aid office and didn't qualify for FAFSA. These loans are the kind you pay after you graduate and they give you 20 years to pay them back with a low interest rate.

Try and get a grant or scholarship to help reduce the amount of money you need to borrow as well. I received an alumni and academic scholarship (3rd year on) for good grades. This covered over half of my tuition.

Apply for scholarships/grants.

My school is costing a touch over $8,000 per quarter...around $25,000 for next year...I have $10,000 in grants and just won a $2,500 scholarship, so it is basically halved for me.
