IIRC counter strike source is still a single threaded game. so you wouldnt be using the processor at its fullest power.. and the gpu isnt that great

but you should definitely be able to run css and cod4 at max settings, i'm not sure about the resolution though.

It will be playable but the Nvidia 8300 and 8400 are definitely not geared towards gaming. It's just your standard card and its a year old.

Between 5 and 55,000. I just checked it up on my arbitrary-fps-calculator-for-random-shit-i-don't-care-about machine.

Your question makes absolutely no sense.

to be honest, probably 5.5/10

8400M = weks0s

dont think that will be able to handle COD4

stick with a desktop if you actually want to do some real gaming

May I ask why you are using a laptop to play games on? You can get a nice Dell laptop for ~700 dollars. Just check fatwallet or techbargins.com for deals. You can also build a nice gaming desktop for really cheap as well. For a total of 1500 dollars you can have a desktop that will be FAR better than that laptop for gaming and a very good laptop.

Prices for computer parts have dropped by so much that you probably won't even need to spend 1500 dollars. If you don't live in California, you can save by not paying taxes by purchasing from newegg.com
