Scroth 2" harness and inertia reel.in good condition,other than Scroth logo is coming off.padding on backside of buckle has been removed,as seen in the pic.
inertia reel.allows the shoulder belts to move forward with slow motion,like your stock seatbelt.locks under sudden impact or fast movement.has a lever which you can turn to disable the loosening feature to allow you to really tighten down the belts.

OBD2a or OBD2b?

So it's the 96-98 ecu then?

Reason being is because I'll be using this for my b20z swap in my 98 civic ex reusing my stock OBD2a engine harness:
96-98 OBDII LS/RS ecu P75 because the 99-01 units have the vehicle immobilizer device, you can use the 99-01 units
but the immobilizer needs to be removed and that will cost more money.
