I've done them myself on a drill press for 3 years without issues. I buy the Brembo blanks for about 25-30 a piece and use an old rotor as a template and drill the holes.
there is a place that makes the blanks in LA like Racer Zook said.. you can buy them already drilled too. The name escapes me right now. If I remember I'll IM you.
i use an old hub with the studs removed .. drilled/taped 2 small holes in it so that i can use the small phillips locating screws to hold it in place .. takes ~2 mins .. can even done it at the track with a cordless and a 1/2" bit
