I see you are in Baltimore, MD. Give Burtonsville Performance Center a call and ask what they can do. They work magic with blocks.

I may be new to posting on here, but those pictures are horrible.

If you want to fix it right, weld it up. Grind off the remaining as flat as possible, get a piece of aluminum stock close to the diameter of the boss, turn a .125" chamfer on one end and weld it. It could be tapped before welding.

thats your knock sensor first of all. not your oil pressure.

so sealing it isnt a problem because its just a threaded piece on your block like a bolt hole.

weld the piece back on. and rethread with a 12x1.25 tap.

and next time dont tighten it so much. not everything needs to be "lug nut" tight

true, i just assumed he's using a stock ECU. and if he is, he needs it. if your running a chipped ECU then simply throw it in the trash lol

Not a knock sensor, that's an oil pressure sensor

sorry dick. just tryin to help. maybe if you learned how to take good pics we could see better.

but to me that pic of the block looks like its at the TOP of the motor, right near the deck, and it looks like its right above the coolant pipe that runs across the back of the motor. which is where the knock sensor is.

What answer are you looking for? I'm guessing none of these are the answer your looking for. I bet Your looking for something cheap that you can do yourself. If that's the case you could learn how to aluminum weld and DIY. Or you could try crazzy glue or a 2 part epoxy aka JB weld. They both work about the same around heat and oil. Not all that dependable.

If you haven't heard already that sensor isn't supposed to be in that hole anyways. just leave it empty you will never need it. Oh wait people tune off the b series knock sensor right?

is that broken piece near the head? or near the oil pan?
