I know that the TPS voltage is supposed to go from .5v to .45v...
On the scanner it also says the % of throttle that is open
I get 10% (idle) to 80% (WOT)

Is the WOT supposed to be 80% or higher like 99%?
Seems to me that at 80% WOT, I would be essentially losing about 20% power....

The official spec is approx 0.5v during idle and approx 4.5v at wot.
