The RSX stock seats look like bucket seats. However, would a RSX owner need to buy aftermarket rails to install an aftermarket seat? Or would the stock rails work?

Yes you need aftermarket rails.

Yep, aftermarket rails. I have some cheap ones for sale in the FS post at the top if you're interested.
