Neuspeed Race Springs 90-93 Accord (2.0" to 2.25"): Part # ND-3-H55-20-34
Neuspeed Race Springs 92-96 Prelude (2.0" to 2.25"): Part # ND-3-H5564

Of course they will fit but they are designed per vehicle (spring rates, etc.).

No. Springs are designed by application for spring rate and recoil, weight factor in a 2 dr sport coupe compared to a 2dr coupe family car (4dr applicable) will not be the same.

<-- Using S2k springs on an Accord.

They'll fit most likely, spring rates will probably be a bit different (stiffer for the prelude) BUT they are similar in weight and design.
